What is “Before the Cork” about?

These are the musings about what goes on before we put wines out for public regard. Every step, from how we want the wine to taste to the tasting room culture to where to distribute, is its own adventure.

In general, the wine industry is complex, then add in Idaho’s own unique challenges, so figuring out how to navigate through these agility courses is a test of passion. These short posts will showcase some of what goes on before we pop that cork or unscrew that cap; touching on other related subjects and fields that coincide with all things wine.
